Where is NHDfitness based?
Our supply operation is based in the Dezhou gym equipment cluster in Shandong, China. Production runs in partner factories in that cluster, and export is managed by our own team.
Do you own the factories?
No. We work with established partner factories in Dezhou. We hold the specification, run the quality gates and manage export, and we say so plainly rather than presenting a partner plant as our own.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the model and the level of customisation. Standard models and private-label projects have different minimums, so we state the MOQ per model in the quotation rather than publishing one number that does not apply to your order.
What is the lead time?
Lead time is confirmed per order. It depends on the models, the production queue and whether the order is a first OEM run that requires sample approval. The date is stated in writing before you commit.
Can you deliver DDP?
Yes. We quote DDP to your address, including freight, export, import clearance, duty and final delivery. FOB Qingdao or Tianjin, CIF and EXW are also available if you prefer to use your own forwarder.
Do you offer OEM and private label?
Yes. Logo plates, frame colours, upholstery, packaging, manuals and your own model codes can all be produced under your brand. A pre-production sample is approved before mass production, and tooling cost and ownership are agreed in writing.
What warranty do you provide?
Warranty is written by component — structural frame, moving parts, cables and pulleys, upholstery and electronics — rather than as one headline number. The periods for each series are stated in the quotation.
Which certifications are available?
Certification is model-specific and market-specific. Where the destination market requires EN 957 or ISO 20957 documentation, the applicable reports are supplied with the order. Tell us the market and we confirm the documents before production.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Factory visits in Dezhou can be arranged, or we can run a live video walkthrough of the specific production lines making your order.
Do you provide samples?
For OEM projects, a pre-production sample is built and shipped for approval. For standard models, we provide detailed specifications, production video and export references instead of sending a full machine.
What payment terms do you accept?
Terms are agreed per order and stated in the quotation. Typical commercial orders use a deposit with the balance against shipping documents. The exact structure is confirmed in writing.
Can you supply spare parts?
Yes. Every quotation includes a spare-parts list with part numbers, and we can supply a recommended service kit sized to your equipment count so you are not waiting on international shipments for wear parts.

We supply gyms, studios, contractors and distributors in 30+ markets, including North America, Europe, the Middle East and Australia.
