OEM & private label
Your brand on commercial-grade frames.
Put your logo, colours and packaging on equipment built to commercial specification. Sample approval comes before mass production, so you know exactly what your customers will receive.

Packaging
Printed cartons, branded bags and inner protection for your warehouse or direct-to-site delivery.

Your own model codes and catalogue structure instead of ours.
Process
From brief to first container.
-
01
Brief
Send the models, target price, market and branding requirements. We confirm feasibility and the factory that will run the line.
-
02
Design and specification
Logo placement, colour references, upholstery and packaging are specified in writing, with drawings where needed.
-
03
Sample
A pre-production sample is built and shipped for your approval. Nothing goes into mass production until you sign off.
-
04
Tooling and set-up
Logo plates, packaging plates and any fixtures are produced. Tooling cost and ownership are agreed in writing before production.
-
05
Production and QC
Mass production runs to the approved sample, with the same five quality gates used on our own orders.
-
06
Shipping
Branded packaging is consolidated and shipped DDP or FOB, with documents issued under your company details where required.
Terms
What you should know before starting.
MOQ depends on the model and the level of customisation — a logo plate is a different commitment from a new upholstery mould. We confirm MOQ per model in the quotation rather than publishing a single misleading number.
Your drawings, logo files and packaging artwork are treated as your property. We do not reuse a client's private-label design for another customer.
Lead time for a first OEM order includes sample approval and tooling, so it is longer than a repeat order. Both dates are confirmed in writing before you commit.
Have a private-label range in mind?
Send the models, your logo files and the target market. We will come back with feasibility, MOQ and a sample schedule.
