Warranty
Warranty written component by component.
A single "five-year warranty" line tells you nothing. Our quotations state coverage separately for the frame, moving parts, cables, upholstery and electronics — because those parts fail at very different rates.
Coverage
What is covered, and how it is stated.
| Component | What it covers | How it is documented |
|---|---|---|
| Structural frame | Welded frame and main structural members | Stated per series in the quotation |
| Moving parts | Bearings, pivots, guide rods, weight stacks | Stated per series in the quotation |
| Cables and pulleys | Cable, pulley and attachment hardware | Stated per series in the quotation |
| Upholstery | Pads, covers and stitching under normal club use | Stated per series in the quotation |
| Electronics | Consoles, controllers and sensors on cardio equipment | Stated per model in the quotation |
Claims
How a claim is handled.
-
01
Report with evidence
Send the model, serial or delivery reference, photos and a short description of the fault.
-
02
Assessment
We confirm whether the issue is a warranty defect, transit damage or normal wear, and propose the remedy.
-
03
Parts or replacement
Warranty parts are dispatched from our spare-parts stock. Where a replacement unit is required, the schedule is confirmed in writing.
-
04
Root cause
Repeat faults are traced back to the production gate and corrected on future orders.
Spare parts
Stock the parts that actually wear.
Every quotation includes a spare-parts list with part numbers, so you can hold a service kit locally instead of waiting on an international shipment.
- Cables, pulleys, bearings and selector pins
- Upholstery covers and foam pads
- Console components and sensors for cardio lines
- Recommended service kit sized to your equipment count
