Commercial equipment fails at the welds, the pulleys and the cable — not in the showroom. Our process puts a documented check at each of those points before a container leaves Dezhou.
Process
Five gates between steel and shipment.

Incoming material
Steel tube wall thickness, plate weight and upholstery density are checked against the approved specification before production starts.

Frame and weld
Cut lengths, jig alignment, weld penetration and joint reinforcement are inspected at each welding station.

Coating and finish
Surface preparation, powder coat thickness and colour consistency are checked before assembly.

Assembly and function
Every machine is assembled, the movement path is tested, cables and pulleys are checked, and hardware is torque-verified.

Pre-shipment
A full order inspection covers quantity, model match, finish, packaging and loading plan. Photo and video records are shared before the container is sealed.
Documentation
What you receive with the order.
Material specification
Steel grade and wall thickness, plate weights, upholstery density and cable specification for each model.
Test reports
Model-level load and function test records. Third-party inspection reports where requested.
Certification
Market-specific documentation. Where EN 957 or ISO 20957 evidence is required, the applicable reports are supplied with the order.
Inspection media
Photos and video of production, assembly and packing stages.
Packing and loading
Packing list, CBM per item, container loading plan and seal number.
Spare parts list
Component list with part numbers so you can stock the parts that actually wear.

Commercial equipment is judged against measurable criteria. These are the benchmarks we specify on strength lines and ask buyers to hold us to:
